The Process

Step 1: Initial Brief and Client Meeting
Meet with client and discuss their brief/vision and budget for proposed works. 

Step 2: Concept Design
From the initial brief several concept plans will be developed for the client to view and discuss in order to make decisions to move forward in the design process.

Step 3: Development Application (DA) Submission
Develop DA drawings and work with other required consultants
(i.e. Engineer) to submit for council for DA approval. 

Step 4: Construction Certificate
Provided CC drawings for construction certificate approval.

Step 5: Construction Drawings (if required)
Not required if Artek Developments are used to build the proposed work. 

Step 6: Cost Estimate
Once DA approval is completed Artek Developments will
provide an estimate for construction.

Step 7: Construction
If Artek Developments are engaged as the builder, construction
of your proposed development will commence.
