Liam Duffy, Founder and Designer Builder of Artek Developments has over 18 years experience in the Design & Construction industry, producing quality homes throughout Sydney and the Illawarra.

Liam completed his carpentry apprenticeship and worked with his father, a master builder, for 7 years he then travelled throughout Europe for a number of years, where he discovered his passion for architecture. When Liam came home he studied a Diploma of Architectural Technology, once completed Liam studied a Bachelor of Architecture and then completed his studies with a Masters in Architecture at the University Of Sydney. 

After working with a Sydney based Architectural firm for several years Liam decided that he wanted to do more than just design his creations, so he then completed a Cert IV in Building and Construction, and decided to start his own Design and Construction Company, Artek Developments, and hasn’t looked back.

Artek Developments is unique to the design and build industry, as Liam guides his clients and home owners through the entire process from custom concept design and submission through to final construction.
