Rustic beach House
Built on a sloping north facing block with panoramic escarpment and ocean views. This house was designed for a young family of five. With most of the amenities located on the southern side of the house and the living areas opening up to the northern aspect and views this home provides everyday amenities for a large family with open plan spaces that encapsulate the location and available views. Another agenda for the design stage of the project was the inclusion of a sustainable approach and low maintenance.
