With an original brief to alter an existing dwelling the clients with Artek Developments advice opted to knockdown and rebuild. As the initial brief to alter the existing home was so extensive it would have cost almost as much to build a whole new home. This contemporary Hamptons home was just what this young family needed to live a lifestyle that their reflected their vibrant personalities.

Unfortunately, due to clashing timelines Artek Developments were unable to build this amazing home. However, we were still more than happy to accommodate the clients design needs taking them through the initial design phase and council submissions.
